GULMI
     Here comes my birthplace. I was born and bred here. That time, this place lacked many facilities and we had to migrate down to the plain, then Madhes. Butwal was a small village. According to my grandmom, people were always scared to go to the Madhes because of the Malaria. Thanks for the Chinese government, they black topped the road stretching from Tansen to Tamghas. Though the road is single lane, its safe than before. i have had a experience of travelling 70 km long road in 10 hours. But now this place has got its own hydro electric project. It was completed in 2009. As of now, Gulmi district is load shedding free.
